Also contained in this latest document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
